Stan came over and we discussed the options and all was explained clearly. I had new wall/floor tiles, new toilet/basin units and the walk-in shower and also some bathroom fittings. Gordon came every day for just over 2 weeks and completed everything. He was always on time, always kept me informed of what he was doing and always kept things as tidy as possible. He is a perfectionist and you can see that with the end result and I am so happy with my en-suite.
