  • Quote taken but no service. Awful experience.

    I had a quote taken from them for fitting existing carpet in main bedroom. I called them a day or two before the job was to be done as was requested by them. I was assured that it will be max one hour job and can be accommodated easily. When I called two days before, a different person assured me again and promised me of a callback which I never received. When I did, he disconnected after hearing my voice. I even sent text asking them to say NO if they cant do it. But to no avail. That was quite professional. Re-arranged with another company which caused me 3-4 days of delay.

    Dan and his team were absolutely fantastic. From the outset Dan was informative and professional, helping me to understand exactly what was required and putting my mind at ease about concerns about the skirting boards and kitchen units. Loryck laid the floor for us, and managed to find time to bring the job in earlier than originally planned to ensure the floor was done when we moved in. He got on with the job courteously and efficiently, even cutting down the kitchen plinth and tidying up the edging by the utility door that had been left pretty rough by the developer.
