  Jordan gave an estimated cost for works done within an hour. When they attended, we saw there were two areas blocked. He advised of any change to the estimate if it took longer, which was understanable. In the end, and with help from my neighbour about the draining system (it's an old system and I'm a new household owner) it was all clear in good time and within the estimate given. Jordan recommended what to do going forward to prevent further blockages and this is something we are looking into. I recommend Jordan and this company. Good lads. Really happy with the service.

• Unblocking outside drain

  Jordan and his colleague were absolutely wonderful, I simply can't praise them enough. They did an excellent job, tidied up, disinfected the whole area around the drain. Jordan showed me some areas of the drain/manhole cover that will need fixing but didn't pressure us at all to get it done. I absolutely highly recommend.

• Blocked loo!!

  Jordan and his brother were absolutely excellent, they arrived right on time as arranged and discussed the problem. Jordan explained clearly what he would be doing to identify the blocked loo issue and and kept me updated every step of the way, and in layman's terms. His wide professional experience means he knew exactly what to do and was friendly and quick at clearing the blockage. During the work another issue within the pipework was identified and Jordan will be back to deal with that too. I highly recommend.

  They were quick to answer my request (at the house within two hours) and swiftly identified the problem causing the blockage, cleared it effectively and cleaned up after the job was finished. They also offered some useful advice and information on our drainage system and how to maintain it/what to look out for. Would highly recommend.
