    My Mum who has Alzheimer’s lost the key to her patio door meaning she had only one means to exit in an emergency. As a vulnerable person, Tony’s swift response was everything.     Had a front door lock repair, where my door locked me in the house and less than 5 minutes putting my request (at nearly 10pm) on Checkatrade I was contacted by Tony at Focus. He arrived the next morning and completed the repair in good time and at an excellent standard. I even had a fantastic tuition on how to keep my door locks in tip top condition. Recommended 100%

    Tony very quickly fitted in our job which included changing the locks on our house and fixing the front door which had gotten stuck. He did the work very quickly and with no fuss. Tony also went above and beyond and fixed the back door which wasn't sitting straight when he changed the locks. I'll be going back to Tony for any future help as needed.
