    Focus windows have been absolutely brilliant. From I first contacted Paul he helped us with the design of our new composite front door and talked us through all of the options. Tommy then came to measure but also helped us with a draughty window which was unrelated. Finally Sammy then fitted the door and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks. Very professional, courteous and friendly. 10/10 the whole way through!

    Super service from start to finish. Delighted with my new quality windows, they make a fantastic difference reducing the noise level indide our property as its on a main road. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly- not tea drinkers and didn't hang about. Very tidy workers. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Great value for money!

I am very pleased with the windows and the complete service from Focus Windows, from the Sales Rep, Robert, the office staff and the fitters, Rab and Sam. Would highly recommend this company

  • Complete window and door replacement

    We needed to replace all the windows and doors in our house and contacted Focus windows for a quote. After a couple of sessions with the polite and friendly salesman we received a price which we were pleasantly surprised at, being rather cheaper we had estimated. I emphasised to Focus that I was expecting a top notch job and they didn't disappoint. The 2 man team who did the install were exceptionally professional and tidy and I couldnt find any issues with their workmanship. There were a couple of snags during the install and these were rapidly corrected. I really can't praise Focus enough.

    Mature experienced surveyor and fitters, couteous, tidy and knowledgable, great products and just as promised!... Maybe a week or so longer than expected for delivery and needed a couple of reminders but well worth it in the end :) Would definately RECOMMEND....thanks
