  The Team at Forever Green were superb in their approach, sales and installation process. I initially asked for a quote and the team responded promptly and answered all my questions. We then had a site visit from one of the Team who proved to be a font on knowledge, explaining every aspect of the system and installation process, and what we should expect performance wise. They also gave some good recommendations with regards to switching electricity supplier. Our system has been running for 4 months, over the winter, and we are already seeing excellent performance from our investment. Recommended!

  We never felt under pressure during the pre-sales process which is important to us. It took a while from order to install due to the DNO approval required but after that it was was faster than expected, less than a day! The team were very professional and walked me through the app when it was online. The whole process was much simpler than I could have imagined. Highly recommended!

  Average at best and need to do a lot better -communication post installation was poor and frustrating. I would recommend them but they need to improve. My experience started off on a positive note as the sales advisor who visited was engaging, gave good advice and was clear about what I needed. The install team were really good, however, the panels were installed incorrectly and resulted in a reverse polarity which severely impacted the performance. Resolving this after paying in full was not straightforward and took a long time to resolve. No apology or recognition of the inconvenience.

  Had a very good communication with there representative who went through it all with me after getting 5 quotes we decided on evergreen energy as they were local and not a franchise All working was carried out with my confirmation of how it was to be set out. Nice team of installers All done in one day the app is great on my phone showing what's going on and able to change settings. We are with octopus energy which works well with the set up. Have recommended forever green energy to friends thanks guys well happy saving us more than we expected even though the winter.
