    Paul came to fix our ovens. The text updates on his arrival was very helpful. Paul was able to fix one oven (the clock was stopping it from working), but the other oven needs a new part to repair it, which he will send a quote for soon. He was very knowledgable, courteous and tidy. The cost of the repair was reasonable too, which was a plus. Thank you again, Paul! Hope we can get the other oven fixed soon, fingers crossed! But, at least one is working and we can use it again. Would definitely recommend Forresters!

    We called at the shop in Cramlington and got some sensible advice on a few things then booked for a tumble drier repair. As it was more complicated than we hoped, the appliance was taken away and brought returned once fixed. A really detailed explanation of the fault was given. There were text messages to confirm exact time of arrival. Really good customer service throughout.
