    Having posted a request for a locksmith on Bark at 1 am Saturday morning after someone was able to unlock the exterior door to my flat from the outside, I woke up to a text from Gary with a quote for replacing it before 8am and had a new lock installed by 9:30 am. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly making me feel super safe, talking me through what he was doing as he replaced my old locking system with something much superior. I would highly recommend his skills to anyone!

    Ben came out within a couple of hours of me ringing to have a look. He had to order the handle and said it would probably be the following Monday for fitting. Gary actually rang the next day and turned up the following day to replace the handle. He turned up on time, was very courteous and even put some grease on the door runners for me. He left everything tidy. Would highly recommend this company.
