    A subcontractor for GA Roofing erected scaffolding from the balcony to the main chimney of my property, 90 Goring Road BN12 4AB. The company removed defective flaunching from it. It then re-flaunched it and its cap with bevelled run off. It dropped a ladder to the second chimney, whose joints it raked out and repointed. It waterproofed the chimney (The workman may have waterproofed both). The workman showed me his photo of the re-flaunched chimney cap. He said it was dark to deter seagulls. The workman said that the scaffolding, still in place today, will be cleared away.

    Cannot Fault the workmanship absolutely perfect and done with such care. Every aspect of what was needed to be done and why, explained. Such a lovely man. Excellent Company nothing too much trouble.
