  Mandeep and his team are incredibly courteous and very able builders. Their cleanliness and finishing is impeccable. Mandeep and his team were extremely thoughtful whilst completing work and did everything to a very high standard. When giving a quote lots of helpful advice was given and care and conideration was given to my budget. I cannot recommend them enough.

• External house rendering, with wall insulation and laying new block driveway.

  Having used Mandeep at GNR Design and Build previously for our extension, they quoted and won our business for removing external pebble dash on our house, replace with insulation panels and K Render on all external walls. In addition, they also removed our concrete driveway and replaced with a new block drive. Mandeep and team have carried out the work to a high standard and the final results are excellent. Very pleased with the outcome and professional approach to the job.

• Updating a property which had not been updated since it was built 1960s.

  GNR team completed the works as planned and agreed within budget. The manner in which the team undertook the works was professional and courteous. The neighbours were impressed with the way in which materials were brought onsite without any disturbance and site being kept clean at all times. The job itself was done to a high standard without question. I will be using GNR for further works coming up with out any hesitation.

• Commercial Electric wiring for heavy machinery

  Had wiring done at commercial yard for heavy machinery (3 phase).Very impressed with quality of work,the work looks very very professional.So many people visiting yard have complemented us about the electric work.The work was completed within the time scale.This is the second time I have used the services of GNR,in the past got Bathroom and boiler changed.Glad that I found reliable and professional people here.Strongly recommend.
