9Verified ReviewIn essence I have no qualms with the work that was done on the roof. The leak has been stopped and the roof vent removed as instructed. Unfortunately the communication could have been better. There were no comms unless I instigated them, I had no idea when the scaffolders were due to turn up until I asked and I had no idea when the workmen were due to turn up until they actaully arrived to do the work. Every other aspect of the work was performed to a high standard - GK Roofing would have recieved a much better recommendation if comms had been proactive instead of reactive.
