  Joe and his youthful, enthusiastic and charming team did work above and beyond our expectations. The service was thoroughly professional and carried out within the time frame and budget. We had severe bamboo running issues which we had foolishly ignored for many years and Gaia managed to absolutely and completely remove all tentacles and remove the crown. Finished off with trenches to ensure the all clear. The site was left immaculate an added bonus was Joe examined another bamboo thought harmless, it was removed and within the timeframe initially agreed due to sheer strength and determination.

  Tom who worked on the removal of some very challenging invasive bamboo, worked diligently and tirelessly. He was very polite and professional throughout, and quietly got on with it. He asked if I was pleased with the progress that was made, talked me through it, kept me informed at each stage. And tidied up afterwards. A joy to deal with.   We have been thoroughly impressed with Joe and the team. We had two bamboo plants that have been in the ground for over 20years, one had really taken hold and would extended over 10 foot across the lawn. Needless to say we wanted rid of both it as they had become a pain to both us and our neighbour. Joe was full of knowledge when he came to view the job and we didn’t hesitate to hire him. Callum and Ellis have worked tirelessly in quite extreme heat. They were extremely conscientious of my neighbours plants and cleared up throughly afterwards. Highly recommend Gaia Environmental great service.

• Bamboo removal

  Over two days, Joe removed a cluster of bamboo that had started spreading. He arrived on time each day and provided good communication throughout. He was always friendly and courteous. He was methodical and thorough when tracing down the runners which provides a level of confidence that it will not return. A few runners had gone underneath a section of block patio which had to be taken up to gain access. Joe done a good job laying back the patio blocks to make sure everything was level and looked as good as new.

  Joe and the team gave me a quote on such short notice and this was sent to me in a matter of minutes, Joe is so highly enthusiastic about the team that carries out works. I highly recommend Joe and Natasha, the people who worked on my huge cluster of bamboo removed it without a trace of bamboo left.
