I was positive they were going to ghost me when they were more interested in where my accent was from and where my husband was from instead of taking notes and get me a quote for a straightforward task. Never heard back from them. Not sure if xenophobia or something else but shame on you.

10Verified ReviewMark came round to quote for some hedge cutting and we agreed a price for the work to be done. He arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. After 20 minutes he checked with me as to the the ‘depth’ of the trim. I suggested that it could be a little deeper. He then went over the part he had already trimmed, before completing the job. He then cleared away the trimmings, leaving the area neat and tidy. Whilst here, he was courteous, proactive in asking my opinion and more than willing to take note of my comments. Overall a most professional approach. 5*

10Verified ReviewFor various reasons my large garden had been neglected for about two years and needed tidying up. Mark visited and after I had shown him what I needed done he gave me a quote for the work. Ross and Ian started the teoday job on the Monday and because of the atrocious weather yhe secondary had to be postponed until Wednesday. They did an amazing job of cutting hedges and bushes and removing undergrowth. All the rubbish was cleared away and the garden left looking much tidier. I would fully recommend Galahad Garden Services.
