    Had no hot water Richard very quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed doing and how much it would cost which I was happy with. Had to order the replacement Thermostat which he did very quickly and kept me informed to time scales and again he kept to coming back the following day as promised at the time he said, meaning I have no hesitation in having the intention of using him in the future and say ING he is a credit to his company and profession.A very satisfied customer
