A rough price was given over the phone as I wanted exactly what had been recently installed at my next door neighbour. A site visit was arranged and honoured at which a specific survey indicated my header board was larger than my next door neighbour and would therefore cost £100 more than the rough estimate given. I gave the go ahead. No deposit was requested. The work went ahead as planned within the time scale stated. I'm delighted with my new doors and the service from this tradesman. I would highly recocommend.
