  It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan on our bathroom renovation! We're thrilled with the result. Not only was Dan reliable and communicative throughout the project, but he is also passionate about what he does, and that really came through in the finished product. He worked diligently and listened very carefully to what we wanted, often picking up on little details and suggesting design tweaks based on his expertise. Apart from that, he was always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Hire him!

  We are both delighted with the work undertaken by Dan. He removed all the existing sanitary ware and replaced with new basin unit and basin plus new WC unit and toilet. In addition to all the fitting of the units and necessary plumbing Dan also tiled the floor and areas around the units. He started on the date he had booked for us and competed the job within his estimated time scale. All work was completed to a very good standard. Dan always arrived on time and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was a joy to have around our house.

  Dan arrived promptly and worked consistently hard for the three days that it took to complete the job. He was very efficient, diligent and trustworthy and we were delighted with the end result. The finish was of a high standard. Each day he left the site clean and tidy and was very charming and friendly. We were very satisfied with the original quote and the final invoice which we considered to be good value.

• Complete New Bathroom

  Dan was incredibly hard working, he did the whole job on his own, the work is to an excellent standard! We bought and supplied everything for Dan which worked out really well for us as we could shop around and choose tiles etc in our own time! Every day Dan tidied and kept the house in a great state during the works, did the whole project in 2 weeks and arranged rubbish collection efficiently! He was lovely to have around and entertained the baby, cuddled the dog and took in parcels too! Above and beyond and would definitely recommend Garlands Property to others and would use again!!
