    We invited George over to quote for a rebuild of a retaining wall with fence which included the removal of trees and soil. He offered a very competitive quote to which we accepted. Suffice to say, we never regretted our choice. George is knowledgeable, skillful, very polite and extremely tidy. He kept us updated with what was going on throughout the entire process. His workmanship is flawless, and very professional. We wouldn't hesitate using George's services again, and will certainly be recommending him to friends and family.     Being a new homeowner I was horrified to see some penetrating damp. After ringing up this company I was met with empathy and excellent customer service, putting my fears to ease and recommending a course of action whilst explaining how much I would expect to be looking at. Not yet had any work carried out yet but the level of care I was met with no potential gain for the firm definitely speaks volume about the excellent customer service.
