    Goddard's done an excellent job in changing our old conservatory into a brick built extension for us to extend our kitchen into a kitchen/diner. From start to finish the team gave us confidence that the job would be completed to a high standard. At all times they listened to what we wanted and no changes where to much for them. The whole team where very friendly and always left the job tidy when finished. We would highly recommend Goddard's!

    Chris and his small team of craftsman were always on time,polite and very professional and worked to a very high standard , nothing was to much trouble as the work progressed.We had drainage,removal of a old conservatory and a new one story extension built all to time and cost.We would have no hesitation in recommending them as a first class building company.

    Chris and his team were wonderful. They were never anything but polite from start to finish. We saw quite a few builders to get quotes for the work and we chose Goddards because Chris had no problem offering up references and showed us his previous work, something which not all the builders were comfortable doing. This showed how open and honest and trustworthy he is. Even after the job was completed and a couple of little leaks showed up he was quick to get back in touch and his team were back immediately to fix any problems. We’re so happy with the work.

    The work carried out at The Jolly Boat included floor replacement, brick stitching, removal of solar panels, asbestos roof replacement of roof trusses and the roof, insulation of roof space, replacement of solar, all external walls studded and insulated, replacement windows , fitting of large picture window, soffits, gutters , new radiators throughout and various pieces of woodworking throughout the property. He and his guys have a can do attitude, we are very happy with the results, to the extent that we have engaged Chris on another project and we would highly recommend Goddard's.
