  Karl is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He revealed the shoddy ‘workmanship’ of my previous plumber and explained how a number of faults could be corrected. Karl was recommended to me by a friend and I trusted his advice completely. So much so, he’s booked in for further work, which I hope will continue. His wife Katie, who handles Karl’s bookings, is a pleasure to communicate with, I cannot recommend this dream team enough!
