Standard bathroom to wet room

Knocked through our dining room and kitchen and completed a full refit to a high standard, we're very pleased with the job they've done. We did have some teething problems due to the design I had carried out prior to them coming to fit and they dealt with it really well and found solutions that worked for us. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again for any job or recommending them.

Hello I am Richard Ramsdale, the proud owner of Gr Property Solutions Ltd, we are a friendly, professional and experienced installation company based in the heart of Chester with over 15 years experience in Kitchens and Bathrooms. We are a team of 2 full time employees who work between 09:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday. We specialise in the installation of kitchens & bathrooms, but cover all aspects of joinery, plumbing and tiling.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 15 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well. Our customers appreciate that out team work efficiently, with a strict ethos of timekeeping allowing projects to be delivered on time without disrupting your schedule.
