• Replace a broken boiler with brand new one

  Jeff was fantastic! He replaced an old broken down boiler for us today with a new Vaillant. From start to finish he was polite and gave us really sound advice on what boiler to get and why. During the installation he kept things tidy, wiping down surfaces and making sure I was kept informed of what he was doing. Honest, very hard working and genuine person! Didn't rush anything and made sure we were happy before leaving. Without hesitation will recommend him to anyone we know and will be keeping him on our books for any future work.

  Jeff and Adam They came and installed a glow worm boiler and renewed old wiring which they done without any complaints along with some other stuff All done very efficiently. I explained that l hadn’t had heating for three weeks and was treated as a priority They were very friendly and just got on with it I was more than happy with the finished result.

  Our boiler wasn’t working properly. Called Green Frog Plumbing and explained the issue. The engineer (Jeff) came out to our house straight away and fix the boiler in under half an hour. Excellent and professional service. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs an emergency plumber.

• Newly installed gas boiler central heating not firing up.

  The engineer was able to rectified the problem and got the central heating working. I am so happy that the issue has been resolved so quickly. The boiler was wrongly wired up by the engineer from another company who installed it. If you want to install your boiler, get this company to do it. He is responsive and do the job properly.
