But we have always been impressed with the service we have received from Grimebusters and our recent experience in January 2024 was no exception. The booking is straightforward, they gave us an appointment on a day convenient to us at short notice. Their operatives arrived on the dot of the appointment time. And the result of the cleaning of the 2 rooms (a huge sitting room and heavily used dining room with very light coloured carpets) was really dramatic, they look like new. Very pleased.

10Verified ReviewRichard worked around tricky timings to arrange an appointment asap. On the day, Lewis gave very helpful advice on what was/wasn't worth cleaning and the price was reduced to reflect less work needed. The carpets were rapidly cleaned and to a far higher standard than with a previous firm. Also, they were dry almost immediately, which avoided the inconvenience of living with sodden carpets for days, but also the staining and pressure marks resulting from furniture having to stand on wet capets. Grimebusters may be slightly more expensive than standard carpet firms, but with very good reason!
