    My boiler broke down last night. I called this company and they came straight out. The problem was with the pcb on my potterton. They had one on their van. They fixed it and were reasonably priced. Really happy with them.

    My shower had awful pressure so I contacted GU Gas about setting up a booster pump in my system. They came to view the system very quickly, explained everything in detail and ordered all the parts. They kept in contact the whole time and were readily available to answer any questions I have. Really professional guys, made the renovating experience a lot less stressful than it has been.

    Originally called out after a gas emergency had highlighted problems in parents house including dangerous boiler. Ibby and his team were quick to respond and then discuss the way forward, quote etc and how quick he could start the job which was essential for me. Maybe I could have found slightly cheaper who knows, but what was important was the human element when talking to Ibby and he was sympathetic to the situation in hand. Comes across with integrity and easy to talk to and those elements are hard to find and set this company above others out there. Would certainly recommend this company.

    Had my boiler serviced and also needed a Google Nest thermostat installed. The guys were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up well after they had finished the job. They did the work quickly and efficiently and sent all the paperwork immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a gas and heating engineer.

Having worked for one of the big six, we have the skills and expertise required in our industry. We are Gas Safe including unvented hot water storage.
