• Great work on laminate floors and odd jobs

  Gustavo was great installing the floors, very accommodating and able to offer lots of advice. He was also able to do a few last min requests from me like changing the light fixtures and fixing a toilet leak - all really fairly priced.

• Carpentry and additional work

  This is our second time using Gustavo and his team as we were very happy with the work he carried out in our previous property. This time we instructed them to build and install two alcove cabinets, three floating shelves, two built in wardrobes, an overhead cabinet, laminate flooring for our hallway, fan installation and fitting new sink plus vanity unit in the bathroom. Also adding additional plug sockets. All in all an excellent experience and we are very satisfied with the standard of the work that was carried out. We fully recommend Gustavo and his team for home refurbishments services.

  We are so thankful to Gustavo and his team! The company is very much a family run one with a very high standard of workmanship. They refurbished our period 2 bed flat, we had insulation and ventilation work carried out throughout, a new kitchen and bathroom installed with re-adjusted plumbing and electrics in these areas specifically. A full repaint throughout, which was done to an exceptional standard led by Gustavos wife. We also had excellent bespoke built in furniture and outdoor storage put in We very highly recommend Gustavo he is honest, hardworking and exceptional in his work ethic

• Repaired toilet

  Gustavo came out on Wednesday, saw the issue was pretty desperate and rearranged work on the Thursday to get to me first thing. I had a meeting and he was so considerate in texting when he arrived and asking if I was ready. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he advised that I wouldn’t need a new toilet either. Trustworthy, polite, good communication, fair price and a great job. I’ll be contacting Guatavo again I’m sure!

• Floorboards

  A problem area was identified before, during and after the install of my floor. Despite questioning I was assured that a) no levelling was required - because they wanted to complete the job soon having left it too close to commencement to inspect the floor initially - and b) that the way in which it would be installed would rectify the issue. I asked that if anything went wrong within a year they would come to fix, which they said yes to. Low and behold, a mere 5 months later a floorboard snapped and Gustavo has refused to do anything about it, which is really disappointing.

• Kitchen work

  Gustavo was nice enough to come to the property to see what work needed doing. I however, never heard back from him after his visit. I messaged him a few times to no avail. Seems like a nice guy but the communication was non existent. Looking at other options
