Other companies were charging me a call out fee/service fee to see what the problem was but with the help of Jack telling me what to look for he could see what the issue was with photos. I'm awaiting a quote from the company and hope to continue recommending them further in the future. Thankyou!

He asked for pictures of the equipment and error messages and advised what to do which cleared the problem without having to pay for a call out.
