    I would not hesitate to recommend Hames & Sons. They are incredibly efficient and carried out a fast repair at a very reasonable fee. I called the office late afternoon and spoke to a lovely helpful lady. Ross was here first thing the next morning to replace the locking mechanism in our back door. He did a super job and even straightened the door up. Our puppy Buddy has his freedom to the garden back - thanks so much!

    I cannot recommend Hames and Sons Locksmiths highly enough. Their service was absolutely first-rate. Getting a quote was incredibly easy - I simply messaged them through Whatsapp and received a clear and accurate breakdown of the costs. Ross, the locksmith who came to do the work, was fantastic. He was polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. After he finished the job, he demonstrated that all the keys were working perfectly. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Hames and Sons.

    I locked myself out of my front door in the freezing cold. I WhatsApp this company to see if they could help me gain entry as my keys were in the lock on the inside, they replied within minutes asking all the right questions as to what my problem was. They could be with me within the hour which was fantastic Service when Ross arrived. He very quickly got to work with the problem and haven’t gained me entry with no damage done to my door whatsoever then offered to replace my existing barrel with a thumb turn, so this situation could not happen again which I took up. Ross was prompt very polite
