I had two badly weathered doors needing replacement

10Verified ReviewThe gutter (installed c.5 years ago by a different firm) was examined and a fault found that accounted for the leak: too short a length of gutter between two fixtures. A new length of gutter was fitted. A very neat cut was made in our concrete drive and the ACO drain beautifully set into it. All the people we met were a delight to work with. The scaffolding was up for less than a week before the job was done, and collected the following day. So far we cannot find any criticism, either of the work, or of the management.

9.25Verified ReviewWe have used HPM in the past, so went to them for our bathroom Refresh. Workman turned up on time, very polite and spent 3 days completing seal replacement, tile re grout, all gloss work, repaired door, replaced basin tap, door handle and lock on bathroom door and layed a new floor. Also a separate team repaired our leaking roof, they replaced felt, wooden beam which was rotten and wet, replaced cracked tiles, pointed where required and replaced all leafd flashing. Arrived on time, very tidy and very polite a good job.

10I called this company to see if they could advise me on a leak on my roof. They sent someone really quickly, they investigated the leak, went off to get some materials, returned quickly and covered the area and didn’t want any money for it. I would highly recommend.

10Verified ReviewExcellent service from receiving the quote to finishing the work. Original kitchen was split in two with a wall dividing. This made a Utility room and a shower room, both fully equipped to a high standard. Dining room became a day room leading to the new Kitchen/Diner in the new extension also equipped to a high standard. We found that having all tradesmen under one umbrella meant we could relax as the work was overseen and checked on a regular basis. We lived in the house and found all the tradesmen very courteous and tidy. A refurb well done and would strongly recommend.

We are a company called Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd and we were established in September 2002.
After working for many years as a contracts manager, I noticed the downfall of running contracts and formed my own company. Our aim is to give our uppermost to achieve a professional service/standard and endeavour to keep the customer and clients happy with the works we carry out. We specialise in carrying out complete or part refurbishments of kitchen and bathrooms including disabled, for domestic & commercial properties including hospitals, schools and Ministry of Defence bases.
We cover all aspects of disabled adaptations, from simple things such as installing grab rails, ramps to fully adapted bathrooms / wet rooms and kitchens both domestic and commercial.
We have carried out major installation works within the Bordon and Aldershot, barracks. We have carried out the maintenance repairs for the married quarters, this contract has now ended, this included, out of hours emergency calls carrying out all types of plumbing works, boarding of windows/doors, locks and general carpentry works. The last two years we have been carrying out housing repairs, this has given us experience and knowledge of the areas to carry out a specialized maintenance program and we feel that we would like to increase our workload within the housing maintenance. We have carried out refurbishment works on flats in London, which consists of kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating works.
Currently we are undertaking works at Basingstoke & North Hampshire hospital, the works include, plumbing refurbishment including cast iron works, refurbishment of wards, disconnection, removal and installation of new sluice rooms, refurbishment of W/C areas. including hot and cold facilities and installation of TMV’s (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
