    Letting agents contacted me to notify me that my tenants couldn’t get out through the front door, I called Colin the Handyman Hero to go to the property and checked out the problem, I was updated on what the the problem was and next thing I’m told is that it’s all sorted, the door was taken off planed and refitted, I use Colin as my go to builder he’s quick to respond, repair and gets things sorted.

    There was a bad damp problem, with water leaking in through a poorly installed window. Colin took it out, sorted, replastered and painted the room too. Also did a few small jobs. As always Colin priced fairly, does perfect work and keeps good communication throughout. Thanks!

    I asked Colin to come and replace the dated bath and basin chrome wastes. Change the loft cold water tank ball valve and replace a broken tile. All completed in an efficient professional manner.
