  • mend broken oven

    My neff oven just out of guarantee stopped working. It was quite expensive to fix (half the cost of a new oven) but it has been working well since (18 months) so I'm happy. The repair man arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly and once the replacement parts arrived he fixed the oven, quickly with little mess. The only negative is that for a company called happy appliances, the man they sent was one of the most miserable people I have ever met. He wasn't rude but he definitely wasn't friendly or communicative. I wouldn't let that put you off, just don't expect a chat.
