  • Chimney removal and redecorating

    This is the second job Harry has carried out for me. He is exactly what he says, honest! He have a fair price for our job and made sure to keep the costs down wherever possible. He even did some bits without charging any extra as he had the materials to hand! His workmanship is fantastic, he is reliable and goes the extra mile. I'd reccomend Honest Builders to anyone (actually did and he has done some work for our friends who are more than happy with his work). If you need a job done, call these guys first!

  • Fixed guttering and re-laid exterior stairs

    Harry fixed my guttering and also built and re-laid my exterior steps, leading up to my front door. He has a wealth of knowledge and skill behind him and has done a phenomenal job! I am super pleased with the results, Harry is very courteous, professional, tidy and an absolute perfectionist in everything he undertook! I will never hesitate to recommend and reuse him!

  • Soakaway

    Harry did the repointing on the side of my house including front and I was 100% happy with his work. This time he corrected a soakaway that another builder did in 2021 and Harry corrected and did the job properly as the previous builder's work was shambolic. Harry did the work with all that is required for a soakaway and I would recommend this person, he is absolutely amazing, his knowledge is second to none and needs to promote himself far more. There will be other jobs he will be doing. Thank you Harry, a valued customer, your work is outstanding.

  • Pointing the front and side of my house

    Harry from Honest Builders has more skills and is a wealth of knowledge. I had the front repointed on my house first to see his workmanship and was blown away, subsequently booked repointing side of my house. He cracked on with both jobs and found him to be polite who highlighted remedial work on the house which has resulted in the chimney needs doing. The back does not as he said this is good. What builder says that? Some try to rip you off. We discussed the chimney and he will work on a soakaway, another builder did not do the job correctly. Thoroughly recommend Harry. Thank you.

A little about me -

Honest builders have been trading for 4+ years and I've 20+ years experience to draw on. With a wealth of experience to call upon, I have picked up different techniques and styles along the way.

I am a sole trader who has followed in my father's and grand father's footsteps, they both taught a lot in my early years. There isn't much that I haven’t done or cannot now do.

Why choose me?...I'm an honest family man who will always do the best possible job, if I'm not 100% happy with what I do then I will do the job again.

I have a vast knowledge on the best paints to use for different jobs, for example I use an imported paint which is best to use on metal which has the longest lifetime.
