  James and his brother were absolutely fabulous. Brilliant communication from the start and James told me the prices before I accepted his service. Punctual, extremely tidy work and both really lovely. James even went into great length about what the possible reason was for my boiler leak. I would highly recommend HeatSafe to others and I will definitely be using them again.

  I have used James for approx. 12 years to service my old boiler, so when a new boiler was needed took his advice and proceeded. The job was completed within the time stated in an efficient manner with professionalism, politeness and finished to a high standard of tidiness. Am completely satisfied and will continue to use James for my peace of mind in the future. He is always available on the phone for any questions I may have.

  James called to complete the work on time and changed his shoes, without us asking, so our carpets would not be soiled. James was very courteous, likeable and helpful. We were totally satisfied with his work which was completed competently, efficiently and neatly. He even helped us with our gas fire which was not working, even though he we have not engaged him for this job, and did not charge us for this. We found James to be polite and honest and his prices were reasonable, we would not hesitate to engage Heat Save Gas Services again.

  Called James late night Friday 17th with a boiler problem he came straight out early next morning and got boiler running. He said he be out for 9. 30 and he was here on dot did a cracking job kept everything tidy would highly recommend and will be using again

  This was the first time I'd tried James at Heat Safe and when I need work doing in the future his is the number I will call, his work and work ethic are exemplary. James himself is a really pleasant and open person and the pride he takes in doing a good job really shines out. He certainly opened my eyes to the shortcuts other tradesmen have taken when servicing my appliances over the years. His rates are reasonable and competitive but you can't put a price on peace of mind which is something James gives in abundance. Call him, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
