    HeatLink Services did exactly what was needed to repair the problem with my central heating. They did the following: Diagnosed the problem accurately. Arrived at my home on time. Used quality equipment/parts to repair the problem. They were at all times: polite, professional, efficient, tidy, considerate to me and my home.

    Ollie responded very quickly in the weekend to the call and re-scheduled an engineer's time the following day to make room for the visit. Adam called ten minutes before the visit; skilfully assessed the repair, used minimal new parts as to minimise the cost and also taking the time to explain his work and also listen to questions I had regarding a secondary solar heat pump system.

    This is our second big job undertaken by Heatlink and as always they were fantastic. Adam did a wonderful job of fitting our new sink (despite the challenges it presented as a result of past issues) and Oliver did our annual boiler service. We're a plumbing and heating company based in Norwich covering Norfolk, Suffolk and further a field. We're registered with Gas safe to undertake Natural gas and LPG. We're also registered with Oftec to carry out Servicing, Breakdowns and Installations of all oil appliances and oil tanks.

We're a family run business which has been running for 3 years now. We have fully qualified engineers who have many years of experience and expertise in their fields of operation.

We can carry out Domestic, Commercial and Industrial plumbing and heating requirements. We also undertake Commercial catering and Laundrette's. We're also registered to Install, Service and Maintenance on Air source heat pump, Ground source heat pump and Solar systems. We're register with NICEIC to carry out work on unvented hot water cylinders (G3 qualification). 

In 2017 we was short listed for best small business of the year award for the EDP business awards. In 2018 we was selected to be part of the Future 50 program by Lovwell Blake. As of this year we have been short listed for two categories in the heating and ventilation awards in London, the categories are Best small business of the year and Best domestic installer.
