10Verified ReviewWe’ve been using HEH for a while now for servicing of boiler and other jobs and very recently we needed a new boiler to replace our 16yr old one. We had no hesitation about HEH at all and won’t use anyone else. On “Boiler” day Mike arrived on time, explained exactly what was going to be done and put dust sheets up our stairs. We are nice and warm now and a big “thank you” to HEH. A very responsive, reliable, first class company to deal with!! Thanks Alison, Danny and Mike. It’s lovely to deal with them.

Problem arose after fitting as a leak was created which im told by everybody is not uncommon when fitting new boilers, power flushing old systems. Leak eventually found by insurance company and old pipe work repaired by heh. Not happy with the cost of old boiler removal and the performance of my insurance company. HEH, no problem Thank you.

8Verified ReviewWe were pleased with the deal that Danny had extended to us. Alison kept me informed about the timeline, documents and registeration. We were satisfied with the quality work that their colleagues carried during the day especially it's finished within the day than two as told. However, it would have been more helpful if they briefly discuss with us about the installation details including complications. The kitchen gas was supposed to be from the new gas pipeline but it wasn't done as originally discussed. They need to focus more on tidiness and finishing touches of their work.
