He is very professional and identified and sorted the issue very quickly. He is also very personable and not at all condescending to us "non-techies"(!) I will certainly use Kevin's services for my computer-related needs in future and warmly recommend him.

10I always dread PC problems and when my lap top died I was stuck. Fortunately Kevin was on hand and eventually was able to supply and set up a refurbished replacement. Always quick to respond and deal with my PC issues at a very fair price and without a condescending attitude some PC experts tend to have. I hope I don't need to have to use Kevin again but the next time I have a PC problem I will know exactly who to turn to.
