I'd assumed that removing the old hob and replacing with a new would be simple, but Patrick discovered that the old one had been installed so long prior that pipe work was non-compliant, so additional pipe fitting and welding was needed, but all was done promptly. Always impressed with the thorough checking afterwards. Definitely glad I chose to ask Patrick and not use the suppliers delivery installers
