  Charlie and his team have just finished our major renovation in Chichester and I can honestly say, hand on heart, that their work is extraordinarily good. He has an eye for detail and cared enormously for every detail. I cannot recommend them more highly. I would not use anyone else. This is a family business and they worked really hard, even Saturdays, to create our vision. And on our request took on much more as the project went on. They will be coming back again, without a doubt.

• Large 80m² extension

  I used HHS Building Services for my house extension which was a big project set out but Charlie (Leader) and his team finished it by high standard and precise craftsmanship. They exceptionally hard workers and can solve any task that occurs in front of them. I highly recommend HHS Building Services if you are looking for talented and dedicated workers to finish your work to a higher standard than your average builder. I will be sure to use them again as they are also trustworthy and professional when need be.

• Roofing Repairs

  After having used Charlie for a significant kitchen renovation we had Charlie carry out roofing repairs and install a Velux to replace an old roof window. Repairs included replacing and cementing in a verge and completely replacing a bay roof. The tiles were a good match. Charlie did a very thorough job, work looks great and no more leaks.

• Structural Kitchen Renovation, New Utility and Toilet

  Charlie did a structural kitchen renovation and converted an adjoining room into separate toilet, utility room and connecting hallway. Charlie seemed to be able to turn his hand to anything, we were very pleased with the work and other visiting trades were impressed too. Charlie and his crew worked tirelessly to deliver our build in good time. He was also able to provide other trades for plumbing (Jamie), kitchen fit and electrics (Roland), who also did great work. We used Charlie based on a recommendation from a friend and would be happy to recommend him to others.

• Complete house renovation including new kitchen extension

  This was a major project of a cottage in a Conservation Area. Charlie and his team had to build a new kitchen extension and completely change the interior of the cottage. This included re-locating the staircase, new bathrooms, kitchen and utility room and new windows, central heating and complete re-wiring of the electrics. I cannot praise Charlie and his team enough! Everything was done extremely well, on time and within the price agreed. The added bonus was that the neighbours, on both sides, made a point of congratulating me on using such hard working and considerate builders!
