Booking the call-out inspection with Company manager was straightforward and accommodating. Appointment was confirmed via WhatsApp and Udo (heating engineer) was very punctual/polite/professional and quickly diagnosed the issues and set return appointment to effect repairs within 2 days. Work was then done very efficiently with new parts installed, system checked and running properly again within 2 hours. Service inspires confidence.
