The home safe heating engineer was polite and requested photographs and video showing problems with the unvented hot water cylinder. The next morning the engineer called me and arrived on-site to diagnose the issue. He got the part quickly and replaced the pressure reducing valve. The trundish stopped leaking. A very honest and reliable professional unlike other companies who suggested I needed a new heating system. I would strongly recommend Home safe heating to other customers.
