  • Full refurbishment of almshouse incl new staircase

    Highly recommended. Ryan and Ben provided a competitive quote without skimping on quality. Throughout they were friendly and courteous providing a professional service. They finished to timescale and to a high standard, leaving almshouse neat and tidy. To quote the resident on her return “Amazing, I am overwhelmed”. 10/10 throughout. Only 9 was on courtesy as once the main work was complete and they had started new job, they needed chasing to finish snags. However, can’t criticise as they cleared them and finished within agreed timescales.

  • New 12m brick retaining wall with piers on top faulty

    The work has been carried out and completed, but half of the brick piers constructed are unstable because it appears the mortar has failed and they are still faulty even after the builder have carried out repairs. I have tried to resolve the matter amicably, but with the blame being firmly directed at me due to the installation of a fence between the piers, I would be grateful of the opportunity to have one of your independent experts assess the work and situation to help resolve the matter. Thanks

    Excellent! Job completed in 5 weeks to a good standard. Building Control regs taken care of. We were informed of progress at each step. All sub-contractors (plumbers, plasterers, electricians) came promptly and carried out work well. No mess left behind. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service and communication. I was always kept me updated with working times and they always turned up when they said they would. They have done a fantastic job and cleaned the working area before leaving each day. Very efficient and easy to deal with. An excellent turnaround from quote to job completion. Would highly recommend.
