  Terry was recommended to us by our excellent electrician and he proved to be a godsend. Not only did he completely replace two showers but he also did a number of smaller jobs which we had been putting off for some time. His work was uniformly good as was his timekeeping and tidiness. Rates in line with the jobs and to top it all he was a very friendly and chatty person. We have already got him lined up for some more jobs in the near future. No hesitation in recommending him as reliable and competent plumbers are as rare as hen’s teeth

• Radiator removal & re-installation

  When getting new windows for my flat, I needed to remove the radiators and re-install them once the windows were fitted. Terry was recommended by the window company, and I soon saw why. He was polite, tidy and competent. He explained what he was doing and why, how the radiator system worked and was pleasant throughout. I also found his rates reasonable.

  Terry came at the time agreed, kept me informed when half hour away, and when he came was courteous, thorough in the job, and tided up, once complete he explained what he had done and why, and took a look at another issue I had with a tap too. Highly recommend.

• Tap repair and fixed toilet flush

  Terry’s fixed all our plumbing probs for a number of years. This time I sent him a video of our kitchen mixer tap which was leaking. He ordered the parts, fixed the tap and also sorted a faulty toilet flush at the same time. Terry is utterly trustworthy, impeccably tidy and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

• Fixing a radiator leak

  Terry has been sorting all my and my extended families plumbing needs for the last 6 years and this time I had a random leak from the radiator and Terry was able to diagnose it and sort it out straight away. Always a pleasure to deal with and will continue to call him for all our plumbing needs and on top of that his workmanship is always amazing
