  Communication was clear. Price was good. Lee was super friendly, came out within 24 hours explained everything he was doing and even worked super quietly in the attic above where my daughter was having a nap.

• Removing two wasps nests

  Tradesman in my property found a couple of wasps nests in the loft and I needed to have these removed before they could continue their works. I called another pest removal service who came out and said they only treat but not remove and I ended up paying £55 for a few squirts of powder. I subsequently called Hulls environmental and spoke to Lee and he talked me through his service and what course of action to take. Lee arrived at the agreed time and was diligent in treating and removing both nests within an hour. Highly recommended tradesperson and a special thank you to Lee!

• Fly infestation

  Had a fly Infestation for a few days. Could only guess at what the source of the issue could be. Spoke with Lee who talked me through the issue and its possible cause, gave me a great explanation of what to expect. Lee made it clear it was something that would likely resolve itself in a short period of time and, therefore, it wasn't something he felt would be fair for him to charge to work on. Really appreciated that his overall honesty and that he took the time to explain something to me that he knew he wouldn't be charging for. And all on a Sunday, no less.

• Swift and efficient wasp removal

  My tenant called in a panic due to wasps filling a room overnight. While other firms I tried used webforms or voicemail and have never got back to me, Lee answered the phone and reassured me he could sort the problem later that day. He showed up on time, dealt with the wasp issue (guaranteed) without fuss and was priced very reasonably. My tenant was relieved and I'm happy.. Would definitely recommend him to others.
