10Verified ReviewFrom first contact Paul was reassuring, helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and dealt with our problem very promptly. He has old school values that are so rare these days. Do not bother looking anywhere else as the service provided is reasonable and extensive. When you see a rat in your house bold as brass it is a very worrying experience. Paul dealt with it in a non judgmental way. He uses a discrete unmarked truck and dealt with kindness and humour. Highy reccommended.

Trust me l was petrified but he did everything and even came every day to begin with. All now sorted but l would have no hesitation calling him again- he came when he said he would- kept in contact and just sorted it properly
