We found Hy-Grade on the Bromley Trusted Traders list. Since then Neil has been our first contact whenever we have any electrical problems in our house. He always responds quickly, however busy he is . He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. He's also very good at what he does , identifying the problem and solving it quickly. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hy-Grade DBS Ltd specialises in electrical installation for homebuyers, homeowners, and businesses alike. For over 2 decades we have served the local community and businesses, We are Trading Standards Approved and hold a Government Trust Mark. As approved members of the NICEIC we are constantly kept in my uydwryt informed of the latest changes within the industry and regularly update our skillset. We also have approval to install chargepoints under the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV)

We hold Advanced qualifications in inspection and testing of electrical installation and as such are able to carry out Electrical installation condition reports for homebuyers and landlords.

We are listed on the Government competent Person scheme electrical, for conducting electrical inspections in the private rented sector. This was introduced due to the change in the law July 2020 surrounding the electrical safety in the private rented sector.

City & Guilds Qualified 2395 Periodic Inspection & Testing allows us to carry out electrical surveys on existing installations were advanced technical knowledge is required.

City & Guilds Qualified level 3 qualified Electricians, so I can work safely in your home to all legal required standards putting your mind at rest.

Registered with NICEIC as a Competent Electrician in England Part P Domestic Installer.

Registered with as electrical Competent Person Scheme Operator and able to self-certify that all work is compliant with Building Regulations.

We also hold a Government Trust Mark.

EAL Level 3 Award in the Installation of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic Systems.
