  Gerri's customers are his absolute priority and he is always responsive to any call for help. He replaced my old boiler three years ago with a new Worcester Bosch and has been remarkably helpful ever since, not because of a problem with the boiler but because I am unsure about running boilers, radiators, etc, so when I do text for info he is always attentive and can't do enough to help me, which is very reassuring - and refreshing in this day and age. Gerri is one in a million and genuinely cares about looking after his customers. I can't recommend him more highly.

• Combi boiler and radiators installation

  I had Intelligent Heating and Gas in to replace boiler and radiators. Gerri is very professional and respectful when in the property with dust sheets placed down to walk on. Took him approximately 3 days, work was carried out efficiently to a high standard and the place was left clean and tidy on completion. I was kept fully informed throughout the installation and Gerri was willing to answer all my questions. I'm more than happy to recommend and use Intelligent Heating and Gas again.

  Fast and efficient service. Arrived on time. Gerri explained about moving the boiler and in advance let me know areas he would need access to. He kept his work area tidy and cleared away rubbish/scrap from the job. The new boiler and radiators looks good and work amazing. Boiler guarantee and setting up Hive system fully explained. Highly recommend
