  • Bath water not draining

    I contacted this company in the morning as my tenant informed me that bath water was not draining away and all attempts to remove build up of hair etc had proved unsuccessful. The blockage was within pipework that runs under the flat roof of the shop below the property, so not that straightforward to remove without the correct professional equipment which of course they had. The job was completed within several hours of my initial call, the area was left spotless and I was kept in the loop throughout. The communication including explanation was clear, very efficient, would highly recommend

    Answered my phone call and spent time to explain options. This was followed up with a same day site visit followed by a quote for the work next day. The work was carried out a couple of days later using gas to detect the leak. This seems to have corrected a loose valve as now, no water leak. We have been monitoring the meter and all seems well so far. Will definitely use this company again should we need a plumber in the future.

    Intersmooth arrived Friday morning at 7.30am as quoted. They removed our old boiler and fitted a new one. Was a little more complicated than first thought as new pipes etc outside the house were needed as old boiler was 20 years old … Gary , Sam and Lenny were totally professional in their work and when finished tidied and cleaned up absolutely spotless like they had never been there. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs

    We fully renovated our two-bed flat in a converted Victorian house and relied on Ferhat to retrofit a water-based underfloor heating (UFH) and to replace the old boiler and pipes. Ferhat guided us in the process of choosing the system, in planning the layout and he ensured that the subfloor was done in a property way to avoid issue in the long term. He really worked with excellence and sticked to the agreed timeline. It was the first time for us to install the UFH and we felt reassured about Ferhat. 2 months that we are in the new property and the UFH works just perfectly. Money well invested
