We are a local building contractor based on the borders of Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. 

As well as completing extensions, full refurbishments and new-build projects we also have our own in house joinery so we can make bespoke windows, doors, staircases and any other joinery needed for a project.  

As well as all the actual building work we are happy to organise building control for your project if needed and will liaise with your architects to make sure your perfect plans become your dream home. 

Clients often come to us worried about an area of their project that they have previously been told might be difficult to achieve. One of our key skills is thinking outside the box. Our motto is "there are no such things as problems, only solutions."  

We are honest and realistic. 

As one client recently said of us, "they worked to our budget explaining where we could make savings and where it would not be wise to." 

Another client planning to have a complete internal house refurbishment, had been told they would also have to rip their paved drive up to install new drains. When we went to site to have a look, we quickly realised that this would not be the case and a much simpler solution was found. This was a huge relief to the client.   

Most of our work comes from word of mouth and we've seen our local clients move to different houses over the years as their families have grown or needs have changed, and we've helped them to make each new house into a home. 

We have worked with specialists to prepare houses for lifts to be installed where clients can no longer use their stairs & we've helped clients to work out complex steel designs to give them the perfect vaulted ceiling.
