• Light cord stuck

  Well I have to say. Had Ian over at my property back in 2020 to do the lightning of my flat, which was excellent. Recently I had the light cord in the bathroom stuck and needed to have it replaced. Knowing my capabilities, I gave it a try and of course did not work. So, I called the rescue team for help. Ian answered my call early and after explain what happened, I was expecting a visit to be done the next day or so, But Ian being very helpful told me he would be around that same day which was brilliant. Ian turned up at the time he said and sorted the issue. Very professional. Thank you

  Ian is conscientious, hard working and meticulous. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and explains what he's doing and the different options clearly. He cares about getting the best outcome and doing things the right way - which is exactly what you want. From the first meeting he was friendly and helpful and offered us great suggestions for how we could get the best out of the rewire of the house and achieve what we wanted. All the work was done efficiently and to a high standard whilst keeping the site clean and tidy. Honestly can't recommend him and his work enough. Thanks Ian!

• Emergency, all plug sockets blown overnight.

  Problem was caused be a water leak causing circuit to blow, had used Ian before so left a message on checkertrade he called back within minutes and was with us within 3 hours, sorted problem with efficiency and curtesy, would highly recommend, will be having him back in very near future too install interior and exterior lighting.

• New socket installed.

  We contacted Ian after a drink was spilled onto a plug socket, causing the circuit to cut out. It needed resolving urgently as the fridge/freezer was affected by this, so Ian attended within about an hour of our initial contact with him. He quickly replaced the damaged socket so our power could be restored and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. We could not have been more grateful for his quick and efficient attendance and speedy resolution.
