  JB House Building Contractors Ltd have done a fantastic job refurbishing a big section of our Residential Building at Oakfield Community, turning number of tired old bedrooms into 4 brand new self contained flats to enable our adult residents with learning disabilities to live more independent lives through supported living. The guys all worked tirelessly in order to get the project done, not only in great time, but to a great finish. Lee, Rob and Adam were all very person centred and had a real understanding of what the new flats would mean for their new residents. Big thanks. Oakfield

  I can't recommend JB House highly enough! What an amazing bunch of guys. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were only a couple of problems in the beginning, neither to do with these guys, but Lee already had the solution in hand before I was even made aware that there was a problem, so stress-free! Really good communication throughout the project. Thanks to my architect, the roof proved to be really difficult, but again Lee overcame it without a drama. I felt really confident with these guys and had no qualms at all leaving them in the house. Fantastic job!

• Building and renovation works

  We have been working with J B House Ltd since November 2022 and only have excellent things to say. The team have carried out a total rebuild of our outhouse, knocked down an internal wall, fixed our leaking roof and various other jobs at the property. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they are incredibly trustworthy. We never have to worry when the team are on site as we know the job is being done to the highest standard. They have always gone out of their way to help with anything we have needed. We can't wait to have the team back to work on more projects this year.
