  As always Jamie and Vas did a sterling job. They renovated a tired looking bedroom. Replaced floor, replastered, repainted, built a double wardrobe, removed ceiling cracks, added flooring to the boiler cupboard. Great taste in flooring and wardrobe colour. 100% recommend.

• Dormer loft conversion

  JFL Building Ltd completed a dormer loft conversion for us. The project was finished on time and the workmanship was of an impeccable standard. The job was also completed within budget, with no surprises or extra costs but most importantly without any stress. At all times, I felt that the project was in good hands and from start (initial meeting/quote) to finish (dealing with building control/turnkey finish), I was impressed with the professional and friendly approach and the can-do attitude of Jamie and Vas.   Absolutely fantastic, fairly priced with a very high quality of work, large RSJ's installed with millimetre accuracy and rear cut out for French doors was exactly 90deg and dead straight. Huge amount of support given along the way for small little jobs to improve quality of life whilst work was carried out. Throughout the entire project they have been super helpful, respectful and clean, but most of all have always been honest with me giving advice if they think something can be done cheaper another way or if they think I would be wasting money doing something. Superb, only builder I would use

• Downstairs loo / shower room gutting and re-building

  Had a leak come through from my shower room and also wanted downstairs toilet re-tiling. Jamie and team were very responsive and clear with their quotation of works. No hidden costs / spoke through clearly the options available and associated costs. Very trustworthy to the point I gave Jamie keys to my house as I needed to go to work. Jamie and team also picked up a few random jobs such as capping some pipe work / replacing gutterings / chimney flashing. All done to a very good standard. Can’t recommend JFL building enough and would happily work with them again.
