He was very clear and concise about what parts needed ordered and fixing and managed to fix the problem for us with no further issues. Justin is thorough and explains everything well!     I have used Justin several times - he has serviced both my boilers (yes I have 2), repaired a bathroom leak, changed my bathroom seals around the bath, removed a boiler tap, and capped off an old gas fire pipe. Justin is always polite, his prices are fair and reasonable, and I never feel like I have overpaid. He always replies to messages even outside of working hours, I will continue to use Justin for all my plumbing requirements and servicing for the foreseeable future.
